Access Maintenance solutions were originally founded as Steeplejacks over 40 years ago.
We have spent this time honing and perfecting our craft. The number of steeplejacks is falling, so we feel obliged to keep this traditional trade alive.
We are based just outside of Leeds, close to the M62 and the M1. This means we can quickly and easily reach a large number of places, from Sheffield to Liverpool, York and Hull.
Steeplejacks provide high and awkward access solutions. We do this through a variety of means, but one of our most commonly used pieces of equipment is the bosun’s chair. By using this simple device we can reach even the most awkward of spaces to provide repairs and maintenance.

We have a number of health and safety accreditations such as Contractors Health and Safety (CHAS) and The Association of Technical Lightning & Access Specialists (ATLAS). These are two very sought after health and safety accreditations, and we can back them up with our blemish free health and safety record.
